What do I do?
Make all things internet easy for small business owners but especially the expert sector. Whether that be creating WordPress websites, sales pages, email marketing or social media set up. I hate jargon so if you don’t understand something – that’s my problem, not yours. Some have said I translate Geek into English!
Who I work with
Small business owners who want to concentrate on the parts of their business that they love rather than technology. Many of my clients are expert professionals e.g. authors, coaches, consultants who are rather good at what they do but get bogged down when trying to grow their businesses online. I happen to be a bit weird (some may say more than a bit!) in that I love technology big time. Nothing makes me happier than working out why some part of technology isn’t working and fixing it. You know that feeling when you just want to throw your laptop out of the window? Yes, that's when I’m happiest and in my element. nothing can stop me until I get it sorted and the tech playing nice.
Why I’m different
Having talked with lots of clients over the years, I know that being able to explain technology in plain English isn’t something that comes easily to a lot of geeks. I’ve been a teacher and trainer all my life and so breaking things down until my audience can understand even the most technical of things is what I naturally do.
I don’t pretend to know everything about your business but what I do know is what gets fast results online.
