Does it matter which webhost I use?

It doesn’t matter at all. We can definitely make some educated recommendations for hosting if you don’t have one already, but we’re happy to work with whoever you choose.

Which package is best for me?

If you’re just starting out and want to make sure your site is safe and secure then start with the Basic Package.

If you’ve been in business a little while and need to make more changes on your site on a monthly basis then the Standard or Premium Packages are suitable for you.

Membership and e-commerce sites are only available on either the Standard or Premium maintenance plans.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time please contact me and I will help you with the upgrade process.

What can the time tickets be used for?

Time Tickets are limited to 30 minutes. Unused Time Tickets cannot be carried forward (Except with the Premier Package) but tickets may be borrowed from the coming month with prior agreement.
