There’s a lot of mystery and mystique propogated about shopping carts and e-commerce sites. This is completely unnecessary as there are a number of free to use shopping carts that can be incorporated with relative ease into any web-site.
These include zen-cart, Os-cart and, the one I’ve been working on all weekend, CubeCart.
The skill with these carts is getting them to look like your main site and that is all down to php and CSS styles. This is where you may need to pay someone to do the work.
I’ve been really impressed with the ease and functionality of CubeCart this weekend as it is the first time I’ve come across it.
